Make $10k Blogging Step by Step
Here are some tips for how to make $10,000 per month blogging:
Choose a profitable niche. Research different blog niches and select one that has a large audience and products/services people are willing to spend money on. Some examples include personal finance, marketing, web design, travel, parenting, etc.
Create high-quality, in-depth content. Don’t just write short, low-effort posts. Create guides, tutorials, case studies, product reviews, etc. that provide a lot of value. Articles should be a minimum of 800 words.
Monetize with affiliate marketing. Join top affiliate networks and programs relevant to your niche and integrate affiliate links where it makes sense into your content. Most will pay fat commissions on sales you generate.
Put up display ads. Sign up with advertising networks like Google AdSense to get paid from the display ads placed on your site. Payment is based on traffic. Upgrade to Mediavine at 25,000 sessions per month or Raptive once you hit 100,000 pageviews.
Insert sponsored content. Accept payment from relevant brands/businesses to create articles and paid posts to promote their products/services to your audience.
Build an email list right away. Collect email subscribers and send them valuable newsletters, course promos etc. You can charge for providing access to your mailing list.
Sell digital products. Create your own informational products like eBooks, online courses, video tutorials etc. and sell them from your own website.
Expand your blog into a larger site. Hire writers to create more content and diversify what your site covers to appeal to more readers. More traffic means more monetization potential.
It takes significant time and effort, but if done consistently, hitting a $10k monthly income within a year is possible!
